Karen Friedman testified before the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee on “Pensions in Peril: Helping Workers Preserve Retirement Security Through a Recession.” In her testimony [PDF], Friedman asked Senators to ensure that workers’ and retirees’ interests are protected when considering pension funding relief legislation.
