Happy Valentine’s Day!
As we celebrate this day of love and appreciation, we want to take a moment to recognize the love you have shown for the Pension Rights Center and the love we have for all of you.
Thanks to you, we can continue our mission to protect and promote the retirement security of millions of workers, retirees, and their families.
Your generous donations, advocacy efforts, and engagement with our work have helped us achieve some significant victories in the past year, including the inclusion of priority consumer protections in SECURE 2.0 and our efforts to educate workers and retirees about the Butch Lewis Emergency Pension Plan Relief Act, which has already rescued over 40 financially distressed multi-employer plans, including the Central States Pension Plan.
Your support has also helped us continue our legal work providing referrals for hundreds of workers and retirees seeking legal assistance with their pensions, being a resource for the six pension counseling and information projects which have recovered $254 million since 1993, as well continuing our Initiative on Women and Retirement at Divorce.
